    The Client:

     

    Our client is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Music for January 2024. This will be on a permanent contract, direct with the school.

     

    The school is short bus journey from the nearest central line station or a 15 minute walk if you’re feeling active. There is parking on site.

     

    They have recently had a very successful Ofsted report and are looking for an enthusiastic Music Teacher to continue the passion that many of the students have for the subject.

     

    Expanding music technology within the school is one of the Headteachers priorities and believe that the subject is crucial for the students and will be pivotal in helping them to have high aspirations and to achieve at the highest level. The Music department has been fully renovated and expanded.

     

    About the Department.

     

    The Music Department has been fully renovated after being re-introduced to the curriculum in 2020 and now includes a range of instruments including a full Balanese Gamelan, a class Samba set, and multiple electric drum kits, guitars and high-end digital pianos.

     

    They are always looking for ways to enhance the experience that students receive within their Music lessons and seeking someone with a creative vision to help develop the department further. Within the Music department, they have a class set of Macbooks with midi keyboards.
