Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Woodford Green (IG8)
Salary: £23000 – £75K+ per annum (OTE)
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Additional: Casual Dress, Warm Desk, Uncapped Commission,
Reduced Hours during school holiday

Job Overview
The role of a recruitment consultant is fast paced and demanding, requires high levels of attention to detail and a good work ethic. Having good communication skills both on the phone and email as well as being able to work under pressure are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To source candidates for school-based roles using candidate databases and various job boards
- Helping with admin and compliance duties the department requires.
- Liaising with candidates regarding the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job they are applying for
- Negotiating salary rates and closing the deal
- Working towards and exceeding targets Helping to build the team
