Compliance and Marketing Manager

I’m Lucy and I’m the Compliance and Marketing Manager at Active Recruitment. Safeguarding is my number one priority and it’s my responsibility to make sure any candidates we’re placing in schools are fully cleared to REC and DfE standard regulations. I’m always on hand to help candidates through the registration process to ensure a smooth and stress free experience. I have an extensive background in customer services and understand the importance of honesty and integrity in my role.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, walking my dog and relaxing weekend breaks away with my friends.
