Pay rate: £95.00 – £115.00 per day depending on experience

Setting: Mainstream Secondary School

Start date: Immediate start

Duration: Long term with view to go permanent

Active Recruitment are working with an Outstanding mainstream Secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking for an Inclusion Mentor to join them as soon as possible on a temp to perm basis. This is a highly reputable mainstream school in the heart of London.

The Inclusion Mentor will play a key role in providing support for students facing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges. This role involves helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school, empowering them to achieve their full potential. As an Inclusion Mentor you will work closely with the schools senior leadership and other professionals to support the development and educational progress of their students.

• Skills to work appropriately and effectively with individual students
• Able to promote their social and emotional development
• Able to respond calmly and effectively to displayed behaviours
